We want you to be satisfied with your purchase—even in the long term. That’s why we offer a 365-day satisfaction guarantee.

If you experience any issues with your product or are simply not satisfied, contact us and we’ll help you find a solution—even long after your purchase.

Please note that when using our guarantee, you as the customer are responsible for the shipping cost back to us.

14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Under the Distance Selling Act, you always have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. Contact us before returning anything, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Common reasons for returns and our solutions

Changed your mind / the product doesn’t feel right

You can return or exchange the product. In this case, you, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Defective product or quality issue

If the product is defective or has a manufacturing defect, we will send a replacement product free of charge.

Wrong item delivered or missing from the package

If you received the wrong product or if something is missing from your delivery, we will send the correct item free of charge.

Package damaged upon delivery

If your package was damaged during shipping, we will send a replacement product at no extra cost.

Incorrect delivery information

Be sure to enter the correct address when ordering. If an incorrect address prevents the package from being delivered, we are not responsible for this. Contact us immediately if you discover a mistake, and we will try to correct it before the order is shipped.

Shipping cost

In any of these cases, we will also reimburse you for the return shipping cost.

How to return your order

  1. Contact us: Send an email to info@ecoawear.se within 14 days of receiving your order. Include the order number and reason for the return.
  2. Approval & Return Address: Our customer service team will confirm whether your return has been approved and provide the correct return address.(Note: If you do not respond within 14 days of your return being approved, the return will be canceled.)
  3. Prepare Your Return: Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including any accessories and labels.
  4. Send the return: Ship the package to the provided return address using trackable shipping. Email us the tracking number to facilitate processing.
  5. Refund: Once we have received and inspected the item, the amount will be refunded within 5 business days via the same payment method used for the purchase.

Important to know

  • Products must be unused and in their original condition with tags still attached to be approved.
  • Returns sent without our approval will not be accepted.
  • Even after the return window has closed, you can contact us up to 365 days after your purchase. We want you to feel secure and are happy to help you find a solution.
